Morning guys!

I'm hearing from a legitiment source that we are going to launch a poach on the Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain. pretty neat for a fee of 15 mill guys. Am I right in saying this? opinions in comment section would be appreciated thanks!

I genuinely do not rate him at all. He just lacks in so many areas as far as I'm concerned. He won't improve our squad, let alone the starting eleven.

I think there are better targets that we could be looking at.

Thankfully I don't see this coming to anything.

Good player, but lacks pace. RvP isn't the quickest, do we want another similar style but lesser quality player.

If we are going to sign another striker we should go for someone like Lewandowski as he has power and pace and would complement RvP better.

Lewandowski - Bayern
Falcao - Monaco
Cavani - City

cant think of anyone else that would have the "stature" to replace Rooney if he was to leave. Higuain nor Benzema are good enough, other top talents are Ibrahimovic, Villa (albeit injury prone now) and maybe. nope i'm stuck now.

what about a bid for Lukaku? I know he is raw and might not fit our supposed style of play. but he might fit Moyes's style of play, and I think he will be quite a force.
