It is not the FFP.

the rest of the french league clubs. I would guess (PSG MOST) are kicking up a fuss that their players have to pay standard tax (75%) and Monaco's have to pay nothing. They are trying to force the league to stipulate that they have to pay the same as the rest of the league.
now try telling all your new signings they have to take a massive paycut.

I've read that this is a whole load of sh*t before. Quickly checking, the Franco-Monegasque Treaty from 1861 defines that they can't do much about it. They can kick up a fuss but if it went to the European Supreme Court, France wouldn't win.
