For one there are no reports of him having his medical yet and two from an actual trusted source Mata won't travel to Manchester until at least 2pm

No he isn't, not yet.Not sure who your sources are but they are being a little premature.Juan Mata is expected to arrive in Manchester to undergo a medical later this afternoon & the deal is expected to be concluded subject to a satisfactory medical later this evening.

My source is not from within Manchester United but this information has come from a reliable source at Chelsea.

I won't believe it until its on Manutd.com and see pics of him holding the shirt in the air.

It's just a mata of passing his medical which he's probably already done. It'll be announced tomorrow i'm sure i'm not wrong on this juan.
