He is definitely 3x the player Nick was/ is. I would take Hughes but not for him to starve on the bench or stick him in the Reserves. In 3 years or so he'll be ready to kill this league, he has everything to make it.

Doubt it'll happen, but I'd love to be wrong.

He's a fantastic kid, and easily ready for a bit part role in the first team at a big club, with a steady increase in game time as he develops. Good chance he'd be a regular starter in a couple of years.
