Hasn't taken the papers long to jump on the Fellaini to Sunderland story. £13 million apparently, seems a bit steep.

Also interest in taking Januzaj on loan. If there is one young attacker I'd like to see kick on this term it's Pereira so getting Januzaj out the way would be a good move.

Add to this the impending Pogba announcement and potential deal for Fabinho we look in good shape. However, I'd still like one more centre back to replace Rojo and see Blind/ Schweinsteiger leave.

Schweinsteiger leaving over Blind would be better as he is older more injury prone and on vast wages. Although if he stays fit, the big if he could have an important season if utilised properly. That remains a big if.

schweinsteiger has been an utter turd signing when you consider what he contributed, minutes played and wages. Blind for me was one of our top 4 or 5 performers last year no matter how you look at and i am bewildered why people think we should sell him. Ridiculous.

Impending Pogba's announcement

Keep dreaming he's not coming and will end up at Madrid, he wouldn't keep stalling if he actually wanted to come.

If we're paying Sunderland 13 mill for them to take Fellaini then that is step.

I also agree on Blind, he's a versatile utility player. Every squad needs one.

I think Schweini was an expensive gamble that didn't work. His whole focus seemed to have been on getting fit for the Euros, he continued almost nothing last year.

Why would anyone want to sell blind? Need a versatile player and he's our best one. And Pogba is far from imminent.

I can see why Messi retired from International football. If Rojo plays at centre back for Argentina, then Messi will never win an International Trophy. Rojo is terrible.
