Unfortunately we only see small bits when it comes to players. We all question why certain players are seemingly ostracised without seeing the day to day training, how they react to instructions and what effort they put in.
Shaw is definitely a good player but unless he works out what mourinho wants from him I think he could be shipped out in the summer.
I have said before that not all players suit all managers.

Mate, just take a loot at him. He's constantly a stone overweight if not more. He needs to look after his fitness better if he's ever going to succeed here. We already have one honey monster in the squad, we don't want two.

Look at his fat arse, and it is obvious to me. Not that I take time to look at guys arses, but when the camera closes in on him lumbering up the wing, it's hard to miss. A shame as I thought he would make a fantastic LB for the next decade, but he obviously can't be arsed, no pun intended.

The start of both seasons he's been here he's looked really good and there's no doubt the lad has bags of potential but without the matching desire he will soon find himself playing for also-ran teams.

He was in fine shape and form prior to breaking his leg. He could become a world class LB if he puts his mind to it.
LVG had a pop at his weight after 2014 World Cup.

Nowt wrong with having a 'fat arse' if you're a fullback, Kenny Sansom one of the best in the business had one, in fact he said having one helped him in one on one situations.
