With Depay seemingly on his way to Lyon I just want to give a nod to Ed002 who I recal saying it was too early for him to come to a big league.
Unfortunately he does not seem to have grown much over the time with us. Skilful but not positionally aware.
Good to see the club insert a buy back option as if he does add to his undoubted skill we could yet get a very good player in the team. or do a RM and buy back cheap and sell on for high value!

{Ed025's Note - just getting rid was a massive bonus mad hatter thats why united refused any loan deals, if he messed up then how would they get any decent sort of return on him?..

ED025 I think your right mate, Januzaj is probably a good example of that. I don't think we will get much for him in the summer; if we sell him.

{Ed025's Note - its always a gamble with youngsters mad hatter sometimes it comes off sometimes it doesn,t, united done well to get the money they did for depay as hes a loose cannon, the stipulation of not loaning him was very clever imo mate..

I recall Ed 02 saying the move was too early and so it has proved to be but surely having been at Utd for a while now he should have learned a few lessons. It's a real shame because the lad is undoubtedly talented and has shown it in flashes. I really hope he does well at Lyon matures and comes back to Old Trafford and lights up the place
