As ed002 very kindly pointed out that united are pushing for matic is that why we have seemingly pulled away from the fabinho deal? i'd rather fabinho.

Matic would be a very smart choice. Seasoned PL player with plenty to offer. You know exactly what you will be getting rather than another Di Maria, Bastian etc.
