What do you guys think of this? or What would you change?

On a personal note, would love it if we could strengthen them six positions, promote youth like we've always done and get rid of the deadwood. And is it me or don't you think we need a right winger more than we need a left winger? we look utterly hopeless on the right every game, most of our attacks stem down the left as it is.

I don't know what Mr Mourinho thinks, but we do need RW than a LW.
Buy; LB-Rose, RB- Fabinho though is playing as mid now, CM- Sergej/ Soler/ Max Lopez, AM-Lorenzo Peregrin, RW-Malcom/ Dybala (He is versatile), CF-let Rashford play on his natural position, sharing the place with Lukaku.

I would let Darmian, Shaw, Fellaini, Smalling, Carrick, Zlatan, Mata and Mkhitaryan all leave. However I would extent Blind's contract and keep him. He offers good squad coverage at CB, LB and CM, and to be honest without ever being spectacular he rarely let's us down.

I would promote Tuanzebe, Andreas Pereira and Scott McTominay.

I would bring in Rose, Meunier, either Milinkovic-Savic or Goretzka, then I wouldn't look for a striker but two creative forwards, my choices would be Lemar and Willian.

GK- DDG, Romero, J. Pereira.
FB- Valencia, Meunier, Rose, Blind, Young.
CB- Bailly, Jones, Rojo, Lindelof, Tuanzebe.
CM- Matic, Pogba, Herrera, Goretzka/ Milinkovic-Savic, McTominay.
AM/ W- Lemar, Willian, Lingard, A. Pereira.
ST- Lukaku, Martial, Rashford.

i personally would be reluctant to let Luke Shaw leave until i have seen him play a consistent run of games in the first team

What is the level of grading to label a player as "deadwood", how does a player get into the deadwood bracket? And what are the other levels of player if 1 level has a category of dead wood?
