Jones is a top class defender on his day which in previous years has been every 1 in 3. He is now showing real leadership and consistency and in my opinion could be a future United captain.

Gone are the days when clubs pay a fee and a decent wage. Now they will pay what ever it takes
350k a week, seriously? How can you defend that?
You think that’s going to make you a title winning team? Not a chance
BTW, you didn’t miss out on Bale, but chances are United are the only club that can afford him. He would be another +300k a week player
Next time another club pays a high fee for a player, before you start slating them, have a look at the figures United are chucking at players.

RD, in terms of revenue were a monster. Paying a player £300k a week is probably in terms of percentage the same as you paying someone £150k. Don’t be jealous.
