So Spurs are about to get Paulo Dybala, show how far we have fallen, when a top level talent rejects manchester united and signs for spurs on lesser money.

It does seem a little surprising. But it makes a little sense from the perspective that living in London is more attractive than Manchester and he'll get champs league footy.

I wonder if to some extent agents think they can get away with murder with us, so throw down massive fees and wages when talking with us and we've just told him to do one, so now that door has closed he's somewhat out of options.

I hope that's the case. I like the idea of agents realigning their expectations of quite how far they can bend us over.

CSM that is your take on things.

Isn't it public knowledge that we walked away due to his demands?

Dybala may have reduced his demands to get the move away from Juve that Ed said he has wanted since last season, after his demands were rejected by both Juve and United, and potentially PSG who haven't taken him despite his clear intention to move there.

Relax.

Wazza public knowledge that mostly came from united's briefing, are you really convinced that spurs are paying any of the fees or wages or other stuff that we balked at?

He isn't going to city or real or barca, he is going to the spurs, who have won nothing under anyone since i can't remember when, he clearly rejected us, which woodward tried to sell as asking too much and fans like you lapped up. And I find it very troubling when top star players start rejecting man utd for spurs.

I really don't care who spurs do and don't sign as the only people I want playing for our club are those that are 100% committed to it. Dybala could well have been our ozil, talented but going missing on a regular basis, the likes of mata gomes chong and pereira will never give less than 150% and I would rather have them playing than some overpaid superstar who is using us to increase his bank balance!

He didn't turn us down we pulled the plug on him due to his wage demands and image rights etc. Also if you read about it properly they (Spurs) are still miles apart with Dybala's wage demands and image rights. The only thing that has been agreed is the fee between the two clubs.

You mean like Gazza did in the nineties?

Allan and Simonmanc 👏👏👏

CSM, Dybala to Spurs now off. Your original post is now void which I hope leaves you feeling a little more positive.
