Be honest, which players that you would consider to be marquee signings would leave a club to play under ex-Everton manager David Moyes?!

I see your point, Moyes is unproven in Europe. On the other hand he's managing Manchester United. Surely that alone should be incentive for some world class players. Shouldn't it?
