Just seen a post saying we don't need Baines as have Evra, Buttner has shown a lot of promise and we have Fabio. This is Fabio who couldn't get inthe QPR side last year, and Buttner who is very keen but has not shown he is up to playing for United. MBaines may or may not be the right signing but we need a top class left back.

I've also seen Rooney being blamed for Ronaldo not coming back (not by Syd either). I know it's silly season but the last few days have been ridiculous. Frankly, I can't wait until Tuesday morning when we can get on with supporting the team.

And finally, Anniewithoutmakeup is either well in the know or the biggest wind up merchant going. You decide

first time poster, and your all going to think i'm as mad as a hatter! but if its true that buttner has gone out on loan and evra was a bit mad at first when there was talk of baines coming or so I have read. but seems ok now do you think there maybe plans to play them both together on the left? didn't evra play LM before fergie turned him into a LB?
