Good afternoon people!

Ed002 explained the situation regarding Vidal recently and mentioned that a deal was possible. A few on here and another ed mentioned a decision would be made by today. Am I correct in assuming that the latest comments coming from Juventus mean the decision has been made and the transfer isn't going to happen?

Do u have any significant update Ed002?

Apologies if u see this question as a time waste, and obviously only post if u feel it warrants a response

Kind regards
Steve

{Ed002's Note - There is nothing of any real consequence to report.}

thanks for the update ed, i'm guessing we might hear more tonight when vidals agent returns to italy after concluding the medel deal? are there any obstacles in the way or have any of the obstacles you suggested (player asking for the move; other team getting involved; time) been removed or overcome?

{Ed002's Note - I have previously explained the situation.}

Brooksy. My understanding from Ed002's explanation is that Manchester United have made a bid through a 3rd party but are not the only team interested. For a move to happen Vidal has to request the move which will have financial implications. Ed002 was under the impression it would be sorted by today, but obviously things change fast In football and in answer to my original post nothing significant has changed. What I don't understand is why people don't use the search engine, and why people are still under the impression a deal is dead in the water even though Ed has kindly responded!
