Ed002 if you have a minute could we have your views on ed Woodward. He is getting a lot of stick at the minute regarding transfers. None of us really no what's going on behind closed doors.

We just look for a scape goat. I'm a united fan and we have been spoilt by silverware for years. And when times get hard we act disgracefully, booing are own players, talks of boycotting games, our players need us fans more than ever. We are in the middle of a rebuild.

Where not going to win the league this year. But we need to get behind our team. We don't want to spend money for the sake of it. We all get carried away with the media circus saying where linked with everyone. Some of the abuse I have read on Woodward by FANS isn't nice at all. I've jumped on his back but we don't no how hard he trying to get deals done. Cheers

It's because we're United supporters that we object to the deleterious affect the Glazers have had on the club. We are struggling today because we have not made a key signing since Michael Carrick in 2006/7. Too many of our players will be or have been sold for less than we paid for them: Nani, Anderson, Young, Bebe, Fellaini, Mata, Evra, Vidic, Ferdinand, Hargreaves, Tosic, Berbatov, and even RVP - that's assuming we can even sell them. On top of the poor player investment history over the last 7 years is the amount of money that's been taken out of the club to cover financing costs. Then you add what seems to be the insane decisions to extend the contracts of certain players like Nani, Anderson and now, reportedly, Cleverley. I think not only do we have every right to be critical - it's our duty.

I've supported United since the early 1960s when they were still rebuilding after Munich and were flirting with relegation. I've seen managers and players come and go, and also witnessed the development of the club from a basically domestic enterprise to a global brand. I don't think you can question a supporter's integrity based on whether or not he/she is critical of what's going on at the club. We will still be supporters when the manager, every player now on the roster, and probably this set of owners have all moved on. Since we're the ones who pay their wages we gain the entitlement to complain. We can't just walk away: we are engaged in a rare thing - a visceral life time relationship.

It was William Blake who wrote:

I was angry with my friend
I told my wrath, my wrath did end
I was angry with my foe
I told it not, my wrath did grow

So keep on bitching! It shows your love.

Perhaps Ed002 is Mr. Woodward!
