Half time, and i got to say, I'm liking this performance.

The teams have been pretty even. Hazard is proving himself to be a problem once more, and he's dribbling past our players like they are not there.

Rojo has been shaky, but Smalling is his usual commanding self. Shame he is not a wee bit better on the ball.

Shaw has been outstanding both offensively and defensively. His tackle on Willian is pure footy joy.

Januzaj and Mata have done well enough, even if they are bit hit and miss. Same can be said of Van Persie and Blind.

Fellaini is proving to be a smart addition, and Rafael, if not for a couple of defensive brain farts, has been good.

Now Di Maria. He has without doubt been disappointing, though i'm not sure how much of that falls on his shoulders. We seem to be favouring the left side, especially with Fellaini moving to the left and adding bodies there, along with the fact that Ivanovic can be outpaced and Luis is one of the best full backs in the world. Di Maria- Rafael are obviously unacquainted and they need time to click, which is not being made easier by the Hazard threat.

All in all, we have been decent and apart from their penalty decision, the 2 teams have been pretty equal.

Fellaini has played well. Dimaria and Janusaj nto so good. Janusaj hold on the ball too long, not sure if there is no pass or he is just trying too hard.

I don't know what match you were watching, Januzaj created some of our best chances, setting up Van Persie twice alone with the goalie. He also gave us a dangerous free kick on the edge of the box when Ivanovic brought him down. Shaw and him connected well and I thought he played well. Di Maria didn't play bad, but the problem was that most of the free kicks he took were terrible, bar the last one where fellaini got a head on it.
