Just to nick a post from Femcey on the Liverpool page but thought it was a decent topic. At our club who has been;
Player of the season
Young Player
Most improved.

{Ed004's Note - De Gea, Martial and lastly (probably the hardest) Daley Blind. I was considering Smalling for the most improved however, he was just as good at the end of last season and only getting the recognition he deserved now}

And finally the hardest, Blind has played well given he's not a natural CB. Lingard was gone last summer for me, really stepped up and put in a shift and effort.

So ill have to go for Lingard purely because I thought he would be at a championship team permanently.

De Gea, Martial and De Gea. I know it's hard to fathom but believe it or not De Gea has got even better than he was. On par and maybe even better than Schmeichel for me.

De Gea, Martial, Blind.

I think Blind has been excellent this season. Just my opinion; but De Gea has probably kept us in the hunt for a top four finish. Without him, we would be mid-table.

Reasoning : De Gea for me is probably in the Top Three GK in the world right now.

Martial has been very very good and deserves all the praise he gets.

I was really worried about Smalling this year and could of quite easily pick Daley here also as he compliments Smalling very well as he is very good on the ball.

But I have watched or seen Live nearly all of our games this year and Smalling has been excellent for the most part. At the beginning of the season he was in beast mode. And not always the right indicator but he has played most of the year and we have the second best defensive record in the league.
