Andreas Pereira has come out and said he was stopped from going on loan in jan and promised first team games.

Im surprised he hasn't got a look in.

Haven't got to see enough of the U21s this year but read an interesting article today about Pereiras form. In 12 starts and one substitute appearance at U21 level this campaign, he has scored eight goals and provided seven assists. Meaning Pereira was contributing to a goal every 75 minutes.

I know it's not the same level, but that's seriously productive. Meanwhile van gaal is trusting our number 10 role to either lingard or fellaini, so it's either all pace no end product or. all elbows and no end product!

Obviously he does not fit into LVG criteria. He clearly did not win LVG trust when he failed to:

Adopt a safe side-passings game, not beat you man and not shoot from outside the penalty box.
