If any Eds are around, there seem to be lots of media rumours saying Jose has signed but it can't be announced until the New York Stock Exchange has been told! Any truth in this?

I live how sky always say the stock exchange opens at 1pm UK time. It opens at 2.30pm UK time. Dummys.
