I've been having a bit of a geek session looking for stand out performers in smaller clubs, found Marco Asensio.

Domenico Berardi is the best example of a stand out performer at a small club at the moment. Still only 21 and has banged in 38 Serie A goals in his first 3 seasons (plus a further 11 in Serie B in his debut season) .

Would love to see him given a shot on the right wing. I'm not sure if Sassuolo would sell him though.

Marco Asensio (AM) - 4 goals, 10 assists in a team that scored 20 goals. Key passes per game and other stats are excellent. 20 years old.

Sofiane Boufal (AM) - 11 goals, 4 assists in a team that scored 34 goals. Dribbles per game are his stand out stat, good key pass stats.

Shkodran Mustafi (CB) - 4.4 interceptions per game over 30 league games and over 6 in Europe. Tells you this lad can read the game. Decent passing stats too.

Diego Reyes (CB) - great tackling and interception stats. Great height and only 23.

I've been a Berardi fan for years but I can't see it happening unfortunately, it looks like Juvenile have the upper hand in his transfer.

I was looking at the shots per game for the stand out goal scorers Griezmann stood out by a mile. His efficiency is crazy he has 2.4 shots per game to compare that most of the others have almost double that. Interestingly of the top 10 scorers in the top 5 European leagues Vardy had the least shots per game. If it wasn't so late I'd some statistical analysis to figure out who's the most efficient striker.

Yeah. Just looked and it seems he could sign for them as soon as tomorrow according to some reports!

Mustafi has been impressive more often than not when I've seen him play and from what Ed002 said a while back; we were very interested in signing him last summer.

I think he'd be a decent signing but worry somewhat that there's something about him we don't know. They've always been a club that likes to give young players a chance; and yet Everton didn't really give him a kick despite him being there for over two years.

Leroy Sane is a good player, keep an eye out for him playing for germany. He is also right sided.
