What do you guys think about Jose saying on the one hand that he is not going to focus on a particular opposing manager or team as they are all threats and then saying it's not good enough to not win a title for ten years which is surely a dig against Wenger. Is it just typical Jose mischief or perhaps he sees them as his biggest rival in that they do have good players and a settled team and manager. City potentially are the biggest threat but first season syndrome for Guardiola may impede their progress. Your thoughts?

Yeh it was probably a dig at wenger which is always amusing too me but he's more so defending himself to a stupid press question when they asked him if he thought he had a point to prove at United after being sacked for his sides poor performances and results ultimately getting him the sack at Chelsea. He was quite within his rights to remind them that it was only 1 sesson ago he won the league with Chelsea and that he's still a recent winner unlike others who either never have been or haven't been for some time. Great answer and well handled in my opinion.

It was obvious today that Wenger was the target of Jose's dig it was funny to see him rip Wenger a new one lol.

Im presuming that you all watched the press conference live. I watched it and at the time I had no reason to believe that he aimed this at Wenger. He was answering the question "Do you believe that you now have a point to prove? " At the end of the interview Sky threw the quote up with a picture of both managers.

Peter,

It was definitely a dig at Wenger, he is the only manager in the Premier League who hasn't won it for 10 years, 2 suggest it wasn't would do Jose a dis-service, he knows what he is doing.
