Once Pogba is FINALLY announced, will that be IT in transfer terms, maybe some outs but no one in?

Still think 'pace' going forward could be an accyllies heel?

Was it strange though? It was for like 90 seconds and in that time we needed height in the box, it made perfect sense from a footballing point of view.

Ronnie pace going forward is not our weakness Shaw Pogba Rashford Martial Micky Jesse and Valancia Bailly and smalling all really fast our weakness is we have a new manager and he needs time to get his stamp on us fortunately we have one of the greatest managers of modern time to address this and on the transfer front we have signed very very well. A few need to leave as there no place for them in this very good squad i excpect 4 to leave before the end of window maybe one in.

Of course it was strange. Mourinho isn't stupid he knows the press have been questioning his relationship with Mata since he joined. How many times a season do you see a sub being subbed GDS?

Gds2 you are right, mourinhos comments did make sense, i.e waste some time and don't take fellaini and ibra off due to height reasons.

But seeing mourinho act the way he has in the past and his previous relationship with mata its hard not to think that he had a different motive to take him off.

It's not often we sign 4 starting XI players in 1 window. I think it's been better than expected. People will always want more, it's human nature, but we should be very happy with what we have got. We can still afford to let 1 or 2 go (Rojo and Schweinsteiger hopefully) and not need to replace them.

I remember Souness subbing the sub Ali Dia at Southampton back in the 90s. Think he has been voted the worst player ever in some poll a few years back. It also happened to Robinho at City.
