Anyone else get the feeling Hull could be in for a bit of a pasting this weekend.
They are paper thin although undeniably doing an extremely admirable job so far and I just feel that it could be a 4- 0 plus, bit of a rout.
May be a game for Miki to get involved in and Martial to step up again, Zlatan is on fire and Pogba could really grab this one.

Now I have said that it's probably jinxed however I'm very tempted to 'triple captain' Zlatan on FF this week.

Hull have been very impressive for the first two matches. And they're playing at home. So what makes you think that we're going to 'roll" them?
I think it will be a tight game with United winning by the odd goal.

1 - we always beat hull.
2 - they have hardly any players
3- we have started well and it feels like we are about to hit some real form
4 - Hull have done well so far by playing as a team and working hard, if they concede early it could open the floodgates.

I hear what you are saying of course but I just reckon this has the feeling of big result about it.

Have you seen either of the Hull games? They are on the bones of their arse and have made 1 sub in 2 games, the performances so far have been admirable but they have yet to concede 1st and have stuck 11 men behind the ball for 175 minutes of the 180. Fail to score in the first 30 minutes and we could be in for a long day, but score early and 4-0+ is a real possibility.

Pride comes before a fall fellas. We wil have to work just a hard if not more to beat a Hull side that has two wins from two. One game at a time, anything can happen in football. No doubt we should win, but you never know!

GDS2 have you watched both Hull games? I watched thier opener against Leicester and they dosing defend for the 90 minutes at all. In fact they played very well especially in the first half and deserved thier win.

I think we will beat them but your comment above is just false information.

Hull in my opinion are a big strong team they should match up physically with us but and this is a big but we have the technical players to tear them apart i excpect Jose will press them to death and we score at least a goal in the first half then more the second i beleave we can win 3-0 if we continue our current form. I will say someone will be in for a good hiding when we hit top form that could be this weekend coming and if we do it could be much worse than 3.

Pretty sure Liverpool fans thought that against Burnley this weekend. These potential banana skin games can be dangerous. Let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet. Hope the players don't have the same mindset they will thump Hull easy otherwise it could prove a tricky game.

Curtis Davies and Tom Huddlestone have been immense so far. It won't be as brashly easy as some are expecting. Hull are a solid unit at the back and have enough going forward to cause us a few problems.

A hard fought and physical 1-0 to United.

Robbie. We didn't beat Hull last time we played them at their ground.
Gds. I watched hull's first game against Leicester, and the certainly didn't park the bus. They won convincingly. I watched them against Swansea and they played very well. So I think your comments are totally misplaced.
I will be extremely surprised if this match ended up as a stroll as some are suggesting. I'm sure the manager and players don't share your optimism.
If we play to our level, then we'll win by the odd goal.
I don't understand where this total dismissive attitude comes from? The PL is a very competitive league. And non of the matches are given. And if the team are overconfident, then that will be our downfall.

Like all of the other teams in the bottom half of the table - I think the first goal is crucial. If we get it then it forces them to come out and creates space for our attacking players to exploit. If they score it they'll be able to continue sitting back and catch us on the break.

I think if we get the first goal in the first half it will be 4-0, If we get the first goal in the second half it will be 2-1 or 3-1 to us and if they score the first goal I can see us losing 2-1.

Hull of been impressive in their last two games and particularly against Leicester where they went out and actually played football because they know they have nothing to lose and have fantastic team spirit, Mike phelan is doing very well. I want Utd to win but a part of me doesn't want us to crush hull as I think that might make their heads drop and I want to see Mike do well.
