How much better is the site with a bit of positivity flying about? We are seem to be playing the best we've played since Fergie was at the helm. We have got ourselves into a brilliant position for the second half of the season. I don't think anybody seriously targeted the league this year but a solid top 4 finish will breathe new life into the club. There are players to come in (Greizeman?! ) and the players seem to be enjoying their football a lot more now. I don't see Jose letting this slip. One game at a time and this still could be a brilliant season with a good draw in Europa, a semi final with Hull and a straight forward tie again yip Jaaps Reading! I for one feel excited to be a United fan again!

Dont think it will be a problem mate. Fergie has said letting him go was the biggest mistake he made. that's some compliment considering the players SAF let go.

I think they patched it up. Also people seem to forget the play in fergies last couple of years wasn't great either. But he was the master of getting that extra 10% out of players.

Mort - agree we never played great in the last years but we still got our title back as we were all pulling in the same direction. That bit of man management is worth 10 points a season in my eyes. At least with Jose, you know that once the players buy into him and his methods, the are extremely loyal to him. Terry, Lampard, Drogba Varane, Materrazzi etc - they would run over broken glass for him. I feel the more reults we get, the more the players are buying into him.

big jaap might not feel the same way but lol. the next keane and fergie meeting would be a cracker to witness though after keane admitted to kevin kilbane in that bbc interview that he would confront fergie and ask him what the stuff fergie said about him in his book was all about, right fai get fergie invited to the next ireland game lol.

Nobody seriously targeted the league, apart from the 80% who did so in the predictions competition. 😬.

I have to admit, i genuinely thought we would win it or lose it at the last game or 2 and come a very close second!

Please tell me I wasn't one of them, Tony. I genuinely can't remember, and I'd hate to think excitement got the better of me. Again.

Think i had is down to win the league and the 3 cups. I'm still on target for a clean sweep 😂😂😂
I'll settle for 2 out of the 3 cups and 2nd place finish in the league.
Ibra top scorer.

I think Stam and Fergie patched things up a while ago, correct me if I'm wrong Ed's but i did hear years ago Stam was our scout in Brazil.

Are people suggesting we can't win the league? 10 points in 18 games, piece of cake.
