Missed the game so can't really say much but the fact that we have let a golden opportunity pass and not being able to beat team alike bournemouth at home will ultimately be our undoing. Week comes and go and we seem to be unable to get the results that we need to crack that top 4. Now it will get very hard with city, spurs and arsenal away and chelsea at home in 4 of 12 remaining games.

Very disappointed.

Yeah, but if we win all those games, we're laughing.

Anyway, whatever happens, it's only a bunch of millionaires who don't know you exist who haven't done something you wanted them to do. That's what I tell myself to abate the depression after a disappointing result anyway. It works. Kind of.

Not a United fan but that gave me a chuckle RWWD. That's what I told myself the whole of last season as a Chelsea fan.

Again I don't agre with "team like Bournemouth". have some respect, they played very well.

However it's the same old story; missing a "golden opportunity".

Ifs buts and maybes. How many of those golden opportunities have we wasted and where would we be had we beat Stoke, Burnley, Bournemouth, Watford. 8 points better off and 2nd is the answer. But we're not. So maybe we should be realistic and understand we aren't good enough to blow 'relegation fodder' away. We are where we are and it's our own doing.

Wazza

Whats disrespectful about expecting to put away a bottom of the table team at home with a squad full of stars. I agree we are where we are because of our own doing against many teams like Bournemouth but still does not change the fact that we should ruthlessly put these teams to the sword and finish the game off.

If you are going to win the league or finish top 4 you have to take care of business. Now IMO the task looks harder with each passing week and we are hoping for teams to slip up and have no control over that.
