He's a level above Sane and Sterling, whilst being at 22 gives him the ceiling of going even higher. Will be a great signing for City, and one that's seemingly comeout of nowhere.

Let's just hope it isn't a sign of things to come this summer, we have had plenty in the past with lots of noise but not enough actually being done. However, I do trust the manager and perhaps we have other targets than silva? I am aware in the sharkopod it said we were interested in him. let's just hope they don't snatch greizmann!
