That's Benjamin Mendy also gone. We can get him also out of our wishlist. Is it another season of stopgap left backs with injured Shaw coming in and out.
But yes. A few will say. Hey. Window hasn't open yet. But looks open for city.

Who's bothered about what city do? In a season where the messiah was expected to walk it they struggled. They bought badly last summer. Now they're panicking and throwing money around. The pressures on them next season. And its the messiahs penultimate season before he runs away to the next job.

To much optimism is same as to much negativity. One should always keep on eye on what a rival is planning.

The richest owners in the world didn'the employ 'the greatest manager' in the world (lol) to have their team beaten 3 pieces of silverware to 0 by their greatest rivals.
No doubt they will soon be signing God to partner his son Jesus up front!

Mort and whoever agreed with the post. Do you honestly believe that we shouldn't care who city are buying it how they're going about their business? So do you think all the big businesses just keep doing what they want without looking at the competition? That naive in the extreme.
First of all, City bought Bravo, who has been a disaster. They're solving this problem buy buying Moraes from benfica.
They also bought Gundogan who is absolute quality and will walk into our team any day but he picked up an injury but he'll be back.
They also bought Jesus who has already started scoring goals and scored 5 more goals in the 2 months he played than martial managed all season.
They bought Stones who is young but developing into an excellent cb.
So let's look at our own spending. Depay Darmian falcao di Maria Fellaini Blind smalling Jones Shaw. Now these were bad buys.

they also bought Nasri, Mangala (whose chairman said the deal totalled 52 milion quid ) Otamendi, Navas . the big CH with the pony tail . and Clichy - When you say Gundongan is quality (I don't disagree) but how often have his last 2 empoyers seen that qaulity in the last 3 seasons and will they ever see it again?

So let's get this right, city can do no wrong and united are a joke, all the players we sign aren't good enough and all the players they sign are amazing. The season finished 2 days ago for god sake, unbelievable this site 😂.

How are Darmian, Blind, Fellaini, Smalling and Jones bad buys? They have all been loyal servants and have contributed to many trophies.

Gundogan will be injured by Christmas. And what if Jesus has a poor season. Second season syndrome.

Not sure I agree city buy players they don't need Hart, zabaletta, cliche and navas leave so they buy a right sided attacker and are linked with a GK and fullbacks they perceive as an upgrade
Utd banked money recently from depay and the 2 central midfielders who left, maybe peresic has always been the plan to replace depay and hopefully 2 CMS were identified along time ago to replace the ones who left, then we can do exactly what city are doing ship some players out and replace with better.
