This is what we've been missing for so many years, a winning mentality from an early age.

I think we would benefit from introducing a rule whereby any player under 21 cannot be called up to the senior team so they have to earn their stripes with their age group. There would be the odd occasion where it would work against us but in the long run the players would benefit from playing together for a longer period and more minutes on the pitch.
