id actually be quite worried if we dropped interest in fabinho to bring in matic to be honest. ideally we need 2 cms. united could look into bringing in a 2nd cb any idea who?

So would i tbh, Would people be ok with lindelof, matic, morata and perisic as our signings this window? I can't honestly see us challening for the title and making our mark in the champions leauge if so.

I wouldn't be too concerned to be honest as in all likelihood the difference between us challenging for the league this season or not is whether some of last seasons underperformers step up this season such as martial, shaw.

Also i am sure with a full preseason under their belts the likes of micky and pogba will develop into the top players we know they are.

DSG it will be a year of second year syndrome or really pushing on for Jose this season. I don't think there will be any in-betweens. As you suggest the players really need to come back sharp and attack the league like the priority it should be.

I remember Jose saying how he would have fought to sign renato sanches had he arrived earlier. How he watched more of him than Man Utd scouts and suddenly now that he looks available I don't see no fight from Jose. Perhaps he could be the surprise signing?
