Matic transfer gathering pace now with a fee of â‚¬45 Million and a large increase on his â‚¬100k wages, We are no buying Fellani 2 IMO. I think he is too slow and can't pass the ball from watching him last season with Kante bossing the midfield.

You can all say what you please but i don't think he is worth 20mil and yes an improvement on Fellani he is but â‚¬45M could buy better players maybe even matuidi for that fee.

I know he played well for JM at CFC in his first season back but he was 26 then and other players around him were doing great so he looked great. Time will tell but we may end up with another medic table bench warmer.

Double what they paid for Kante!

He is a plodder and we have enough plodders. Will add depth and may add a bit more ability in certain areas we lack, but not a big upgrade, not a big upgrade at all. Waste of money, rather give TFM more games or double the money and sign a truly world class midfielder.

World class only is needed, (aside from Vardy, who I think would be a very clever signing and would add a lot more value compared to his true ability) .

Can't compare fees from even last summer to this. The transfer world has gone mad. Let's just ignore money from now on. If Woody knows we can afford it then so be it. I'm bored with figures, and bored with the transfer window. Roll on the new season with whatever players we have in the team/ squad.

Exactly GDS, I used to care but then as ed002 always says, we should ignore fees etc as it is all too confusing and we have no control over it anyway. If the club pay it, they can afford it.
