I was hoping someone could help me here. Probably just being dumb but there is a player Ed002 mentioned in the sharkopod, which I just listened through again, as being a favourite of Jose's.

Marcello Rosavich (spelling? )

I may have misheard the name but have listened to it repeatedly and that's all I am hearing.

I can't find out anything about him apart from him being deceased in a genealogy report.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? . Thanks, appreciated.

Never seen this guy play, but if you watch the you tube clips you can see why he looks like a potential Carrick replacement long term. Looks like an interceptor, tackler and good distributor, with an eye for a forward pass along the floor that turns the opposition's defense.

I have no idea if he has had 10 good minutes in 1000 hours of game time, and the rest is garbage, but that is the same with all you tube clips. I assume the scouts will check him out thoroughly. Lots to like in the clips though.

He is a good player, he chips in with the odd goal and assist and can also play further forward too. Bit of a come down from Fabinho etc though and I don't know if he is good enough to be a regular starter. Might be better off just using TFM or Tuanzebe instead and save the money.

So is Brozovic and genuine and realistic target? Could this be why the Perisic deal is dragging and we're trying to get both sorted? Not heard of the boy before to be honest. Sorry if I have missed these discussions.

Agree that the clips look good. But like you say, paraphrasing a bit here, but its no way to judge a player.
Jose obviously see's something in him though. Was just the way Ed002 mentioned him as a favourite in the sharkopod caught my attention. Maybe this is down to an attitude thing? as well as a workable skill set, I don't know? .

Has anyone watched him play (other than youtube) and have an assessment on him? Thanks

I really hoped that when Jose was supposedly in Croatia in Jan, he was there for this guy. I've watched quite a lot of Italian football over the past year and he's always put in a good shift when I've seen him play. His biggest problem would be that he's not really a 'specialist' in anything but a decent all round midfielder imo.
