I think deal maybe on hold until other targets are brought in. I think Jose knows we need a big squad this season, so why sell players at the risk they will not be replaced by the club?

If we were to sign a couple more players even if they are not midfielders, I think he'll move to Gala. But I think Jose is right, unless targets are brought in, why sell any?

I think the injury to young rules out him going now. Likewise with rojo out to december smalling may also stay.

Syd in your outs you forgot depay and sch eiderlin. They may have gone mis season but that is anoter 2 gone from the squad that started last season.

Ox - There is certainly room for one or two more signings and perhaps a "marquee" signing if or when that should happen. I believe a certain little Frenchman would have been signed now had his sparkly new stadium not caught his eye. I think Real Madrid may trigger his clause next year. But we will see. With all the inflated prices this season, his clause may see a number of clubs activate it. Or bid a similar amount considering the clause isn't relevant to non-Spanish clubs.

Didn't sell him last summer or Xmas played and backed the player .

I think the move makes sense for player and club but the wig a very handy option give the manager something else.
