Glazers to reduce stake in MUFC? Red Football announce sale of 4.25 million class 'A' shares, 11% of traded shares but only 0.3% of votes

Eds can you explain more please.

{Ed002's Note - It means that some Ordinary shares are being sold - nothing more. It will raise funds for the owners - around $70M or so.}

Straight into the Glazers back pockets.

I would put the notion of a sale on the back burner at the moment. I can see this happening more often as exchange rates swing in value.

media saying 2% worth 73 million USD - to the owners so the club won't see it of course -info in the New York times last night.

Thanks Ed002

I'm not good with shares and stocks etc or the financial aspect of our club. My question has to do with this sale of shares.? I know your not a Glazier or a God and can't predict what they spend money on or who they spend it. So

Does the $70 mill USD need to be generated for the good of MUFC regarding FFP, Purchase interest payments or just a tip to the reps and facilitators of the AON tour.

If you have any knowledge of this if be grateful if you could share your thoughts on the subject matter.

Regards
Reddevilfan.

{Ed002's Note - The money is nothing to do with MUFC at all. The money goes to whoever owns the shares.}
