Anthony Martial. How many of you think he is getting enough chances and encouragement from Jose.? I mean currently for playing on left we have no one batter than him. and still lingaard getting nod ahead of him. he is majorly suffering from Shaw injury where no wing back support is coming. same as depay who was excellent till horrific injury to Shaw. it feels like some wingers need full back support and since Evra we struggling there.

Way down joses pecking order i think rodio. Has he earned the right to a place? doesn't look like the manager thinks so.

Jose sees them every day in training, he clearly sees something that makes him pick Lingard and not Martial, last year Martial was very poor. As for Depay, he was dreadful most of the time, thing to do with any other player, just him.

The reason they both played better with Shaw (when he was playing well) is because they both like to cut inside. With shaw over-lapping it takes the fb away leaving that space. When darmian or blind play this does not happen and so makes it easier to defend against martial.
