Asensio is some player. I wonder how much he is worth already. I'd take him over Bale, Griezmann, Mbappe etc. He will be a top 3 Balon d'Or candidate within three years for sure.

Yeah he has been managed well by madrid too over last 2 years. He imo is the successor to bale and eventually ronaldo.
Im not into the mpappe hype at all. Sure he looks terrific but he would need to show improvement year on year for a couple of seasons to be worthy of the hype. Assensio has done that and is ready to blossom.

Well my general consensus is that the greatest players are worth about 30 quid plus a Maccies or if they have a worldie game I would stretch to a burger king.

As much as I love the game the millions the are flippantly being thrown around are plain daft. Newcastle bought the best striker this country will probably ever see for £15mil, which at the time seemed like about 80% of all the money in the world nowadays £45 mil buys you gilfi siggurdson or kyle walker, insane.
