The form of Jones leaves you wondering what might have been. Here's hoping he's turned a corner and gets more luck with injuries. He's defending on his feet now and looks a very solid centre back, as we all expected him to be when we signed him. Love to see him have a long run of playing every week, hopefully his body can get through that and he nails one of those CB positions.

I thought he was brilliant last season when he played and it was so sad when he got injured again, I think if he can stay fit, and it is a big if, then he could be a star player for us this year.

I thought he was very good last season .
People keep going on about our defence, saying we need a CB 2 FB but the truth is we haven't conceded many goals for a couple of seasons now .

Him and Smalling need to stay away from each other in training. The less clearances he does with his face the better too.

Jred we don't need another CB if jones can stay fit. With him, Bailly, Lindelof and rojo we should be ok. The need for full back is more offensively than defensively. Darmian is ok defensively, but we need a LB willing to provide width and get up and down the pitch. We don't have that currently.

Exactly Stand, I'd take an attacking fullback who can play either side. This would be a luxury but I'd also like another attacking forward. Someone like Lemar or Draxler. Although I doubt Draxler is available unless he forces his way out.

I wouldn't rule out Perisic just yet. Inter leaking he'll sign a new deal soon sounds like they are saying to MU "pay up or miss out".

I read somewhere that 13 consecutive games was the most he has managed at UTD - Certainly playing well at present.
