I'm sorry but I'm not buying this "a draw is a good result" baloney. We have made a storming start and are playing a tea, with a dodgy defence. I know Jose is pragmatic but we need to get at them, they will be nervous as hell about our attacking threat and I would expect Lukaku and Rashford, or Martial, to have a grand old time.

I don't want a draw, I want a win and a statement that we are the real deal. Settling for a draw is a cop out.

Exactly Mate we are better in all aspects at the moment than Liverpool, We need to take a game to them. Form doesn't matter in these kind of matches but this time around we are better and we must win. People keep talking about not being tested yet but Liverpool won against disorganized Arsenal and lost to City, I know they will argue about being a man down, its ok, but they are failing to beat teams which they should.

I expect us to win too AJH. We have seen over the years this game does not always go with form. I think there are players in our squad who still have a lot to prove. But the good thing is i think they know that and they want to take this chance to proove themselves. I expect high energy all action displays from everybody. And within all the hype and frantic nature of this game our attacking players must remain calm and make the most of whatever chances come their way.
This is an opporrunity to put 10 points between us and to keep the presure on city spurs and chelsea. A win at anfield will be a marker to them.
Keep the crowd quiet give them no encouragement.

I don’t think we should play for a draw and don’t want us to draw but I don’t think either team would be disappointed with a draw at the moment, it would be a better result for us than for them though.

I wouldn't take a draw, but I do expect Liverpool to play exceptionally well tomorrow. They love playing against the big teams.

We don't want to settle for a draw. No United team should. But I don't think people are giving Liverpool enough credit. They'll be up for it and we'll do well to get a draw. We've had a good start but Stoke showed we're not the finished article. The atmosphere at anfield will be hostile and they'll be aware that if they lose then effectively their season is over. I think a draw will be a good result.

I think we all respect Gary Neville as a good pundit. And even he thinks we'll struggle. The misplaced confidence on here is bordering on the ridiculous. Liverpool are no pushover. I can bet that mourinho recognises this and will be very cautious with his tactics and rightly so.
If pogba and Fellaini (can't believe I'm saying this! ) Were fit, then we would have stood a better chance.
A win will be an amazing result but a draw or even a Liverpool win will be more likely.
