What a cowardly display. From the 5th minute Young and Rojo hitting long ball after long ball, even Rashford 15 minutes into the game edge of own area just hoofing it up to Lukaku.

Good players can't be happy playing like that, frightened to death to have the ball for more than 3 passes -that was a gutless display, if JM thinks that's good enough then he's at the wrong club.

Lukaku wow not good today didn't win a header . I know he had little support but hold up play until it arrives worst game in a Utd shirt. Sorry 😆😆.

Credit where it’s due, City were just better today. The work they do on the rare occasions they don’t have the ball is very impressive indeed. Harassed us, penned us in and forced the long ball tactics. Pep played us perfectly.

Surely we need to start getting some real footballers in midfield in the kroos mould and try to gain a foothold against the better teams as we can barely string a few passes together and have next to no game control or possession against the better sides . We had a good start against arsenal but much of the game was like the last stand at the Alamo with the goalie performing heroics and today at home again unable to seize any kind of control .

Agree for a big centre forward he is poor in terms of winning much in the air and most times does not even jump. Ottamendi had his number all day.
