Best job in the world is enjoying what you do. Even better if you are paid for it. That’s why o regret not turning pro when I was golfing well 😔. But that was 25 yrs ago but well maybe in another life 🤣😂.

Just don't take me to play golf! I can't stand it. I used to caddy for my uncle and his friends all the time but that was because he golfed with footballers so I could listen in on the convos etc. Never understood the enjoyment they got from the game though, far too slow for me.}

Wow 666 mate. I was always under the impression that all posters are young and only Ed001 was the Gandalf/ Dumbledore like older wise man around here. Reading posts from some of the posters in last few days about their experiences and even pre fergi days, there are many seniors here.

SA the trick is to mix with younger crowd. You stay fit mentally learning from them. They keep you on your toes. If you don’t like what they say just one ear in and one ear out. If you don’t like what you read here then read the next post. 🤣🤣😂
That way you don’t say the wrong thing yet stay young and learn new stuff.

Ed you should have a look at it on you tube, it's on sky sports in the summer.
Just make sure you watch cork playing. Best Hitler's are from cork.
You would enjoy it Ed, it's the fastest sport in the world.

Ed you see a person’s true character through golf. It’s a game against yourself but these days I hold with who I enjoy and not who I have to entertain. Take my Timor and enjoy the 5-6 hrs always from the missus (personal time) 🤣🤣🤣.

He always wins because he is possibly the funniest guy on earth, well I suppose you need a sense of humour to support Everton and marry Our Ann! The trouble is you are doubled up laughing so hard you can't hit the ball at all, let alone play properly. I often wonder if it counts as cheating being that funny?}

Im 58,I used to love going to watch my older cousins playing Gaelic football in Ireland when I was 8-12 years old, very fast skilful game with the odd punch thrown. My Uncle was an All Ireland team player back in the day.
