On a more positive note from y'day, Lindelof seems to gradually be getting better, started playing well as the season's gone on. CB options of Bailly, Toby, Jones and Lindelof would be pretty decent for next season. He also seems to be quite comfortable on the ball, unlike jelly legs Smalling.

Smalling has to go . Jones also could be shown the door they just can't be trusted. Sorry to say it but there are better players to fill their positions at the club let alone with other teams . 😆😆.

I like Jones, injuries have hampered him more than anything, would still like him as an option rather than selling him.

if Smalling doesn't make the world cup squad then i reckon he would want to leave.

Smalling seems to be jose’s Number 1 cb of late. He needs to go he is good for a few games but has a mistake in him. But seems Jose is a fan which is infuriating.

Bailly will be gone in the summer, Jose has had a miki rift with him apparently.

Sackable if he sells bailly. A blind man could see he is head and shoulders above any of our other cbs. We have been crying out for a player like him since Vidic and losing him would turn all the fans against him. I don’t think he will leave but it is very baffling why he isn’t playing.

A lot of murmurings many players will be gone. Andy mitten has alluded to players being un happy with the restraints put on them.

Good the sooner these unhappy players leave the better. Some of them are useless anyway.

Rumour is bust up with bailly .
When was the last time so many players wanted to leave a top club like United.

When was the last time a United squad put in a title challenge.

I seem to remember some very lazy defending against Stoke which led to Choupo-Moting's first goal and probably cost us 2 points. For whatever the reason - injury, illness, psychological, relationship - Bailly has failed to impress this season. Meanwhile, despite Rojo being absent most of the year, Jones being out a fair amount, Lindelhof finding it difficult to settle at the beginning, and having to rely on Smalling, along with Darmian, Shaw, Young and Valencia as fullbacks, we have the 2nd best defensive record in the league.
