Fans on here seem obsessed with this right winger we need, our main issue is the RB and LB. If our forward players stay wide or cut inside like Martial, Mata, Sanchez etc then the full back must push on and overlap (Neville did it for years) . At present we have Valentia who stops every time and plays the ball back, it's hard to believe he was ever a winger. Sort out our full backs and we will immediately look better going forward by creating more problems for teams.

Valencia used to have the engine to get up and down the pitch but ever since his mid season injury (West Brom away? ) he looks to have lost it. I don't think it's tactical that they sit and wait for the ball to come back to them.

So maybe not fully commit the fb until your a goal or 2 up .
If your fb is in the last third don't lose possession and get caught out of position, find feet support the attack .
Don't just lob it in the box?

Its so confusing as to why we have taken 2 "wingers" made them into wingbacks and all of a sudden they cant/ won't take a player on, go past an opponent and reach the final 1/ 3rd only to check and play behind or sideways. Valencia seems incapable of crossing a ball and young overhits most of the few balls he puts in. Simply upgrading these positions would help with the speed of play that can both excite the fans and bring goals.
