I could manage it if it was my f*#%ing job ed.

{Ed0333's Note - he’s on holiday he’s not working is that so hard to comprehend?

Didn’t know you have to have a 6 pack to play for Utd. Perhaps that’s why Rooney didn’t do very well for us.

Sorry, but prifessional sportsman is a professional sportsman. I don't see messi ronaldo and the rest dping that when they're on holiday.
Luke Shaw is an absolute prat. he's been stealing a living at United and I've been saying that for 3 years.
I see a lot of footballers on holiday here in Portugal, and they're all very well behaved and responsible. But Shaw is a different breed. He's as thick as they come and that won't change.

got to agree what’s he on holiday from? he’s hardly played all season and hasn’t been in shape since he broke his leg.

I'm with aaa, he looks almost as out of shape as me. Given the repeated claimed lack of effort and commitment, he should be making a statement by coming back in fighting shape, instead he looks like a 30 yr old who drinks too much.

I’m 36, I’m not paid (a small fortune) to remain fit, and I’m still in better shape than him.

Spot on AAA. It’s embarrassing and all my faith in shaw is gone. At least with Rooney you know he could come back and get into shape and be a star player. Shaw cannot even stay fit. Time to get rid.

R you's talking about the 4 or 5 pictures in the newspapers in Ibiza?
Doesn't look that bad shape.
Or is it a different picture.

To be fair Shaw probably has enough on his plate without us sticking the boot in.

Ed I’m sorry but a fella who’s he 3/ 4 managers complain about his fitness levels and professionalism surely causes a few alarms. I’ve also said I hope between now and pre season he comes back in good shape and works hard. I only want him to fulfil his potential, and like Rooney he seems like he needs regular training to stay in shape. Perhaps he needs to be doing more in the off season? I don’t think that’s unfair at all. I’m all for the lads enjoying time off, as I’ve played sport for years myself, but always tried to stay in good shape for pre season to enhance my performance.

{Ed0333's Note - if you’ve played sports for many years yourself than you should know more than most that your body needs a rest from time to time. Pre season training is a real bitch and whips you up into shape in no time. Go easy on the lad let him enjoy a few ice creams on his holidays.

Come on ed. He's on holiday all year round. If he is serious about staying at united he should be putting in the work. 80 percent of it is staying off the take always, that's the least he could do.

{Ed0333's Note - this is just getting stupid now. A few pizzas won’t make him any worse or better than he is now.

The boy is on holiday, we all need a break sometimes, let him eat what he likes, go mad for a few days if he likes, up to himself then to get ready for work,
He is one player for all the stick he gets that I hope he turns it around gets stuck in and proves us all wrong.
There's a right good player in there somewhere.
