Ed002 I have at times given you grief for calling utd fans toxic, sadly you were very accurate in your description.

Behavior of many utd fans on Twitter and others forums I frequent has been nothing short of disgusting. I have seen people questioning whether martial is lying about his wife's / gf's condition to avoid a fine, expecting him to go back to us for the tour despite his situation because of what he is paid, even brining up his ex wife and such to abuse him and the worst was some person questioning why a 22 year old already has 2 kids which apparently proves he is not a normal person.

Some fans need to get a fecking grip, it's pre season it doesn't matter. Losing to Liverpool or winning against Madrid mean very little. And football or for that matter any job isn't more important than your family.

Good post mate. The twitter meltdown with so called ‘united fans’ is quite frankly disgusting. The abuse that the manager and some players get is horrific. Too many people think that because they are behind a keyboard they can say what they please without the consequences. This is the only site where by and large everybody is respectful and argues their point with reason and without abuse. So thank you Eds for making this platform so brilliant.

The Ed’s are feeding the info to the troops, and some are asking the same thing over &over. Then spit the dummy when the Ed’s get annoyed,
I think the Ed’s are more in the know than most, and due to legality prob withhold the really juicy stuff,
Their insight sometimes surprises me, ed02 in particular is a font of all knowledge,
Spare a thought for Ed’s, I’m assuming they do it for free, and the love of football at Utd, players returning to clubs after wc now, so hopefully, the club will move on targets and move players on, And the Ed’s will keep us informed.

Csm. You hear it in the stands all the time.
You have given the manager and sanchez a huge amount of stick some of it quite personal. Useless, out dated, don't know what they are doing etc etc. So when martial who you to use one of your own phrases are a 'fanboy' of gets the same sort of stick you give the manager you get upset.
All supporters give players coaches boatd etc some stick. Get over it. Not everybody will like who you like and not everybody will follow your ethics.
But you or me are no better or no worse than most fans.
You give plenty of stick to the players or manager you don't believe in are others not allowed to do likewise?
People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
I have my views on players and coaches but don't presume and accept that not everybody will be in agreement.
Yes there are some that go too far but that's the world we live in. You along with everybody else on here goes hard on certain player or coaches so its a bit rich to take the higher moral ground when you do similar yourself.

Anthony you are prone to the odd moan like us all and very prone to dishing out lectures so let's not have double standards.
Its ok for you but not others is that the way you like it?
Everybody has their favourites and least favs and they are all entitled to share their views. But explain to me the difference between you slagging the manager off or a certain player and someone else doing that to martial. Ill say there is no diff so people should not take a holier than thou stance when they read something against somebody they are a fan boy of.
Look at some of csm's posts on jose or sanchez and you will see he gives just as bad as the the people he accuses of being toxic.
You are just the same nobody on here is special or Better than anybody else despite some obviously thinking they are.

Ken, I’ll reply and then I’ll retreat. I have my favoutir s and I have some I don’t rate. I’ve reviewed my posts and I try to be varied and balanced, and iif at all possible humourous. However, I agree with some posters sometimes, I disagree with the same posters some times, it’s never about the poster, but the post. Often, I just don’t comment. You seem unable to let something pass without jumping in and lecturing them, often when it really isn’t necessary.

As you say, it’s alll about opinions.

Ken criticizing any of our players for their football or in case of the manager for his general work and criticism towards a player because he stayed back with his family because of a medical emergency is very different.

I agree CSM some are truly disgusting and I think the majority that try to do that on here get filtered and deleted so thanks again to all the eds that put in the effort to make this site what it is. Maybe all the real supporters could show their support for the sites too and click a few adds every time they visit :-)

Ken, CSM mentioned the fact that these have taken it to personal levels with their criticism. That’s the difference, if they just thought martial was a bad player then they are obviously entitled to their opinion but it crosses the line when it becomes a personal attack. I think martial is an excellent player and Mourinho would be crazy to sell him, but I won’t bring up Mourinhos wife or family to disparage his character. That’s what these fans are doing to martial.
