Can an Ed confirm or deny there being a buy back clause for Memphis? He's really blossoming and showing his potential now and would gladly have him back.

{Ed002's Note - I think folk are confused by "buy back" clauses and think the club can simply ring up and say they will take the player back - it is not like that.}

It’s only a first option if he wants to go back to Unt, he might have his heart set on a top 4 club.

For memphis’ own careers stake i hope he steers well clear of old trafford and keeps developing.

Last thing he needs is the negativity around old trafford to dissapoint again.

He is doing very well, however he plays best on the left hand side, for which we currently have Martial, Rashford and Sanchez. Plus both Andreas Pareira and Lingard are more than comfortable out on the left.

If we buy a forward we need someone who is comfortable/ works best on the right hand side. In a dream world I'd love Mbappe. A front three of Mbappe, Rashford and Martial would be awesome.

He always had talent and shouldn't have sold him.

Where were all these Memphis fans when he played for us?

As I remember, the general consensus was he was a waste of money, not focused on his football, enjoyed his off pitch life too much, most agreed with Ed002 who said he was too young to move. I can't remember anyone saying we should hold on to this lad, he will come good.
