Would have preferred Blanc but if it is true Phelan is coming in with ole then I am happy with that. Tbh the most important thing is to get the players working harder and improving the style of football. All I want to do is be entertained when I watch united play.

It’s all about building up the confidence and putting the necessary structure in place so that when the new manager comes in (Poch), he will have a stable basis to add and improve the squad. This will provide an easier transition as well as allowing the new manager to put his mark and identity onto this united team. I’m actually very excited for what is to come.

I actually think it's a ridiculous appointment, that is going end with one of our legends being tarnished forever.

The one thing I am pleased about is the fact that some of our players have nowhere to hide now the bogeyman has gone.
