Barca and Messi were scary last night.
Just hope Ashley's fit to keep Messi in check.

I expect either a right hand side combination of Young and Dalot, or Herrera may be asked to do a man marking job.

Young has been nothing but a liability defensively for most part, if we hope to stop messi it will have to be hererra doing what he does to hazard.

It will take far more than a man-marking job to stop Messi. He will drift around and drag defenders all over the place. Barcelona can use one-twos and triangles to get out of all kinds of pressure. The only way we will stop them will be from a massive effort of communication and concentration, to stay switched on to their movement and quality on the ball. But it can be done.

We can still do this you know, just make sure the players turn up. I would even suggest drop Pogba for the game. Somehow he always goes missing in the big games. I have a feeling that we might pull this off. I am hoping that the players turn up. As for Messi, we kept Ronaldo quiet for much of the tie in the group stage. We keep Hazard quite but it will take 2 to keep him quite and don't think Pogba is the man to do the job.

I expect Herrera do a job, similar to what he have done with hazard in the chelsea games.

My post was supposed to be tongue in cheek.

Messi can change any game in a blink of an eye, and his partner can get a goal too.

Porshe I agree, but he'll need help from Chris "Action man" Smalling's gripping hands!
