How on earth is nobody ever criticizes Rashford and Co? People need to keep their love for Academy lads aside now (starting with G. Neville), its not that every guy that comes from academy is going to be Giggs or Scholes. If they are average call them average.

Rash gets less than some because he does try hard but i agree he has been very very poor of late. He has not even been missing chances he just isn't getting or creating very many.
Id hate to play in front of our midfield which pogba aside when he can be bothered we have zero creativity. No control of possession or midfield. The forwards have no platform to build from.
None of our forwards are scoring regularly. Its no wonder.

Agree. and right now. he is just average. nothing extra ordinary. at this age Rooney was amazing. But academy and English label love child got so much favour.

Not as good as rooney at comparable age but far better than kane at the same age.

As Ken rightly says, put Rashford in City or Liverpool teams, and he'll score plenty. Our midfield create zero chances. It's also up to OGS and coaches to train the forwards and midfield to move into space and in the case of forwards, to be making selfless runs to pull the defences out of shape. But non if this happens in our team. The fullbacks get the ball and pump it 50 yards up the pitch, where we lose the ball and possession. It is pretty pathetic to watch and is totally caused by lack of desire and effort as we are the laziest team in the PL.

For a lot of people it seems being able to run around and look busy is enough how about do something with the ball?

All the love for Herrera because he tries hard we have a defensive midfielder in Matic but when was the last time Herrera created anything in a game? So if he is not creating and we have somebody sitting defensive midfield what's the point of him. Lingard Sanchez Rashford headless chickens run around and look like they are helping the team but they really are not.

I agree with you. Martial can't even be arsed to do a propper warm up.
Our midfield is hopeless and despite good improvement this seaon by shaw he needs to do so much more. Young on the otherwise is finished.
The movement and technical ability and awareness of your surroundings in all our forwards is lacking badly. The final ball is brutal more often than not.

I said few weeks back that the lack of control in midfield is the reason for most of our struggles.
Amongst Herrera, Matic, Pogba, McTominay, Perreira and Fred.
Only Pogba and Fred to an extent can pass the ball forward.

Because of this, the transition from defence to attack slows down.
