"After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well. I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else. I am thinking of this: to have a new challenge somewhere else. "

Says pogba.

{Ed004's Note - It really is a deeply worrying time at the club. Best players want to leave (De Gea, Pogba etc), loyal professionals over the years going (mata, herrera, valencia), questionable attitudes with our main youngsters (Martial, Rashford, Shaw) and a tonne of average players on highly inflated contracts (Jones, Young, Rojo, Lingard etc). Does anyone expect Woodward to get this club in order? Ole will be the fall guy this season but again we will start with a team thats just not good enough to be competing}

Its been happening for years and until we press the restart button we are not going to go anywhere.

Woody and his gang are the main problem and then the players have no interest in playing for us other then money.

Welsh Pogba is a scourge on this club and is the epitome of pig headedness that SAF worked years to rid this great club off. He should be gone and his likes and the likes of his rat pack mates should never be seen at OT again.

Lazy and selfish- good ridden to average players with **** attitudes (Maze, 2019).

Why do you think we are linked with Longstaff by the rags. clearly a direct replacement for Pogba.

(Tongue in cheek for the record)

Ed 002 says its nothing to do with Ed Woodward 004 so can't blame it on him.

{Ed004's Note - Unfortunately if youre head of a company the buck stops at him. Something isnt working and hes made no moves to correct it. We have been 'apparently' searching for a department of football for atleast a year now.}

Pogba has wanted to leave since he arrived. He tried to leave last season too. But if he really wants to leave he should perhaps hand in a transfer request.

I do agree, he is the face and the mouth piece so the buck should stop with him.

I think until it goes bad bad, like no one buying tickets/ merch and not showing up to games etc then nothing will change.

We are customers to them not supporters.

Ed004 you missed out the biggest problem of all, sanchez’s contract.

A lot of our problems started after january 2018 when he joined.

Not surprised our best players want to leave as they can't trust our recruitment and managerial choices one bit.

Look at our last two big signings fred and sanchez. Saying they have been abysmal and awful is a huge understatement.

{Ed004's Note - I think the worry is replacing these players. Look at Madrid who have already signed 5 players. We needed that before we had to replace Pogba, Lukaku and De Gea. So realistically we have Lindelof, Shaw and Rashford to build around}

Yh i don't trust the clubs recruitment at all, we basically need a whole new midfield now herrera, fellaini and pogba have left and matic has declined severely.

Even if mctominay, or a new signing like longstaff turn out to be very good players, its a pretty poor environment to put them in.

{Ed004's Note - Bruno would be a start but we need two more alongside him and can't really think of who we have been linked with. Ideally, hard working and energetic midfielders like Saul, ndombele etc. None of Matic, Fred, Pereira or Mctominay are currently good enough to be first choice}

Ed, I've been saying this for some time re Woodward. Why have Real signed 5 players and we're screwing around negotiating. We should've got targets sealed and done. But Woodward will argue the toss with the agents, then go and give people like Sanchez a £500k a week contract. The man is a total idiot and a control freak, who thinks he's right all the time. And people like him bring down organizations.
For me, sign 3 of Rabiot, Fernandes, de Beek, Madison, and that should sort the midfield out. Sell Pogba and Matic.

I think we will go back to a two man midfield personally and then play with a second striker behind rashford.

Especially if juventus are keen to include dybala in a deal for pogba then that could be a solution.

Then at least we could have a front 4 of martial, rashford, dybala and a right winger.

{Ed004's Note - I think if Dybala comes in it would be to play as a number 9. Thats where his best performances from Juve came from. Front 3 of Rashford, Martial and Dybala should be interchangeable. Bruno in behind and then probably 2 cms with mobility like Ndombele. Major surgery now needed this summer}

Mino Raiola has clubs by the balls. I bet he has told Ed Woodward he can have De Ligt or any other of his clients if they sell Pogba and now this will be the beginning of his exit strategy. You can see why Fergie did not like working with Mino. would not surprise me one bit if Gareth Bale on loan is part of any deal with Real Madrid.

The only issue now is with the state the first teams in we will over pay in wages for anyone we sign. Then u have our own players getting mass wage rises when signing new deals. Rashford if he's demanding 300k a week thinking any other club would pay him that is laughable. Personally pogba ddg going isn't the end of the world but we have to get sanchez out and dramatically drop the wage structure down. Weve become a underperforming club that pays mass wages on average players. Its going to be very interesting how woodward can actually get some sort of a team together that's for sure.
