Wolves likely to play a 3-5-2 next week. Do you prefer Ole sticks with the 4-2-3-1 or plays a 4-3-3?

I think in possession, as long as McTominay sits deeper and is prepared for the moment when we lose possession, he can help out the CBs so they can avoid a 2 v 2 situation.

Thoughts for how we set up next week?

No need to change a winning team.

Agree Ole but i wouldn't start Pereira.

How about Fred in midfield and Pogba at 10?

{Ed047's Note - Downing Steet, Rillington Place?

Would stick with the same team but ask Perreira to sit a bit deeper.

Pereira can’t start against Wolves, they will take the ball off him far too easily.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Matic start to just sit in front of the back two and not venture too far forward, he’s more disciplined than Fred and we need that against Wolves. McT to the side of him and Pogba pushed further forward where he will get away with the mistakes.

Rashford, Martial and Jesse/ James front 3.

I'd like to see Greenwood on the right side of attack.
He is a goal threat and his direct running will cause problem for their defence.
Lingard at no 10.
Again James off the bench would be another huge threat.

I'd stick with the 4231, but move Jessie in field to the No.10 position and bring Greenwood in on the right.

Andreas Pereira never got into the game against Chelsea. I think I read somewhere he made 11 passes in the 73 minutes he was on the pitch. He didn't do enough to get himself into the game, he needed to drop deeper and help out our midfield, put a few tackles in or at the very least sit on Jorginho and stop him being able to pass out from the base of Chelsea's midfield. He did very little of any of that.

Jessie might not.

Sent too soon.

Jesse might not be a world class talent, but he is hard working, and he reads the game well. He marks and harasses players, he makes clever off the ball runs and he has a habit of scoring important goals.

Personally I think he is probably our best bet for the No.10 position our of the options we have available.

{Ed0333's Note - I think Jesse li Garda is grossly overrated mate and I’m honestly saying that objectively. I think you have some fabulous players I just don’t think he’s one of them. I’m not saying he’s not got talent but not as much as the majority of united fans think.

I think Jesse is a limited player but what he does do well is make runs past the striker. This would give Martial a bit more space in and around the box. I think Martial's best attribute is his finishing too.

Ed0333, Although Lingard is not that great, he is a useful squad player.
He runs his socks off, links up play well but his end product is questionable at times.

{Ed0333's Note - for me he hasn’t fulfilled the early promise he showed when he first broke into the United team. To busy banging instragam models and inventing goal dances. If he put as much effort into his on field antics as much as his off field you’d have some player there mate.

Ed0333, Jesse plays either RW or No.10 both are positions nearly every United fan would say we need strengthening in. So I don't think most United fans think Jesse should be first choice. He is a great squad option though.

My point is that put of our current options to play at No.10 Jesse probably is our best bet.

Mata is too slow for a pressing game.

Andreas Pereira hasn't done well when given a chance there.

Angel Gomes is a talent but lacks experience, he needs games this season but its probably not a good idea to throw him into key games against top four rivals just yet.

Which leaves Lingard. I think Gomes might be first choice come May. But at this moment we need to pick and choose which games he plays carefully.

{Ed0333's Note - it’s a shame Sanchez couldn’t be that guy.
