Just been on Twitter, and so disappointed in the amount of people telling Marcus to concentrate on his day job. Personally, I couldn't give two sh1ts if the lad never scores for us again, if it meant even one child doesn't go to school hungry, or doesn't go to bed hungry. I know Twitter isn't really the place for it, but a little perspective wouldn't go amiss.

When your gone you will be remembered for the lives you’ve changed and the you people affected. Rashford has made a huge difference in many young lives and set a really good example to many, both young and old. He could win multiple trophies with us but it’s those children he has helped who will give him the greatest sense of joy and satisfaction.

A few of them do great things with their wealth and fame, Ozil giving half his wages to charity goes unnoticed by many.

It's a strange one that people are critical of him. He is a young lad that has been through hard times and wants to help others that are in a similar situation that he was. No matter what he achieves in his sporting career his work off the pitch he can be most proud of. He has a platform and he has used it for a good reason not personal gain, anyone that criticises him should hold their head in shame as footballers get a lot of stick for being out of touch with real life people, and when somebody does something good they still get stick.

Danny, truth is the only people in a position to criticise Rashford without being massive hypocrites are those who have done more for charities and to help those living in disadvantaged communities.
